AROUND HERE July, 2005 Jason Scales ILLINOIS ENTERTAINER Milwaukee's On A Sun plays such tight, unpretentious rock on the 10-song Watershed that it should come as no surprise that the three members are brothers. "Vessel" builds to an uplifting crescendo of wall-of-sound guitar and backing vocals, while "Forgive" borrows from the best of Nirvana's soft-then-loud dynamic with lyrics such as "Feel it tear inside you like a bomb that just went off in your heart." Gigs at Milwaukee's Summerfest and a track featured on the independent film Side Effects are well deserved.
